Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) is a former actress turned model from India who primarily was seen in Hindi films. In 2004 Ayesha Takia won the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her starring performance on Taarzan The Wonder Car which was her first acting role. She has been in numerous famous films like Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in the commercial of Complan. She appeared in their iconic commercial "I'm a Complan boy. I'm a Complan girl, alongside Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor. She also appeared in the remix for Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. The song became a massive success in India during the period of remixes. She soon began to receive film offers. Takia, who was supposed to debut in Socha Na Tha due to production delays, was only informed of Taarzan shortly after her debut. Ayesha showed her moral grit by publicly criticizing the views of her Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party's MLA Abu Azmi regarding punishing victims of sexual assault. For an PETA advert in India Ayesha announced that she is a vegan. She appeared in the 2006 list of most desirable Indian women. Ayesha Takia has swollen cheeks with large lips, as well as wide eyes, which suggests she was a plastic surgeon.
